SISU December Player of the Month: McKenna Fetters

As a student at University of Michigan-Flint, McKenna is an outstandingly dedicated player. By showing up and working hard at practices, volunteering to work at fundraisers, and splitting her game day time playing and covering sideline duties, McKenna shows her commitment to the team and to growing as a player.

University of Michigan Museum of Natural History

Favorite memory at Michigan so far?

Getting on the bus for the rookie run, and having everyone look at me weird because I was dressed in a Christmas sweater with a spoon taped to my forehead. (Thanks, Jade!)

Who is your biggest inspiration and why?

My grandma, she was a really hard worker and was really passionate about anything she did.

If you were an ice cream flavor, what would you be?

I would be double chocolate ice cream because why be boring and just have chocolate ice cream, when instead you can be extra and have that double chocolate

Favorite food or guilty pleasure?

Honestly crunch wraps at Taco Bell

Best advice you've ever gotten?

If no one sees you eat a whole pizza then it's like it never happened.
