Jamie has been part of the local rugby community in Ann Arbor as a player, coach, mentor, and administrator since her playing debut for UMWRFC in 1997. Her love for the sport kept her active on the field as a player until she hung up her cleats in 2016. Over the years Jamie has been honing her skills as a coach, starting with UMWRFC in 2004, player-coach for the Ann Arbor WRFC (one of the founding members), and player-coach for the Detroit Tradesmen's WRFC and is the current Head Coach of the UMWRFC. Professionally, Jamie is a managing partner at Frech and Wang, a digital marketing consultancy. While she is not watching and studying rugby, she is an avid crossfitter, downhill skier, paddleboarder, and enjoys spending time with her family at their home in Ann Arbor, MI.
